Design Concept
明媚天光傾瀉入內，恣意淌遊於輕柔淡彩間，為此處捎入屋外綠意的清朗愜情，同時點亮畫作精品、映耀漫室異材的細膩質感，彰顯一派滿盈藝文氣息的雍雅景緻，成就舒心麗緻的理想家居。
秉持「為客戶圍塑安全無毒環境」的核心理念，團隊凡裝潢選材、家具挑配，乃至裝修用膠等細處，皆選用低甲醛綠建材構建場域，奠定契合永續發展目標的創作根基，而此案露臺花園種植的盎然植株，則可降低頂層陽光曝曬的高溫，配合強化隔熱性能的大面玻璃、屋內循環新風系統，共築健康舒適的雋永住宅。此外，設計師於本案首次以Art Decoratifs為發想概念，全屋陳設圓潤的弧型軟裝、燈具，輔以施作圓角的各處轉角，形塑有機且流動的柔和觀感，並將客廳窗畔的鋼柱化為兩座四分之一圓的羅馬柱，其略帶愛奧尼克式設計的纖細柱身線條，佐搭柱間優美造型壁燈，不僅勾勒灑落兼具優雅的入門印象，更與電視牆旁的同樣式柱體相呼應，藉後者點出通往上層的樓梯入口，為複層空間描繪出剛柔並濟的風韻。
Sunlight brilliantly streams in, meandering gracefully through the soft, muted hues, vigorously introducing outdoor refreshment and tranquility while lighting up the exquisite artworks and setting off the delicate texture of diverse materials. The meticulous arrangement perfectly epitomizes a gorgeous and elegant picture brimming with aesthetic situations, realizing an ideal living environment that is pleasant yet genteel.
Guided by the core philosophy of “creating safe and non-toxic residences for clients,” the designer team meticulously selects materials for decoration, furniture, and adhesives, opting for low-formaldehyde green building materials in every detail of the construction process that aligns with sustainable development goals. In this project, the terrace garden features lush greenery, which not only reduces the temperature from direct sunlight exposure on the top floor but also complements the enhanced heat-insulating properties of the large glass panels and the fresh-air ventilation system, collectively creating an enduring residence that prioritizes healthy and live-in surroundings.
Additionally, the designer embraced Art Deco as the conceptual development for the first time. Rounded curves adorn soft furnishings and lighting fixtures throughout the positive space, complemented by carefully crafted curved walls, bringing an aesthetically pleasing look.
Notably, the steel columns by the living room windows are furnished in slender lonic Order, cleverly transforming them into two quarter-round Roman-style columns. Paired with sculptural wall sconces embedded in the columns that lead to an elegant first impression and beautifully correspond to the analogous column adjacent to the TV wall and serves as a focal point that ingeniously indicates the entrance to the upper floor. This design harmoniously performs a pleasing flow with tenderness and solemnity.

Artisanal Craftsmanship: Reaching Exquisite Scenes
講究Textured Art各式肌理相互托映的豐富層次感，玄關萊姆石地坪施以平光、鑿面、鑲嵌銅件等技術，令同質地面呈現光滑平整、粗糙樸實和時髦洗鍊等迥異面貌，創造精美細緻的迎賓長廊，主臥木地板則運用CNC雷雕，將深邃木紋雕琢出宛如川流蔓延四方的優美曲線，灌注沐浴自然般的靈動活潑感。
Embracing the intricate play of Textured Art, various textures brilliantly intertwine to enrich spatial dynamics. The entryway features limestone flooring treated with flat finishes, chiseled, and embedded copper works. This craftsmanship transforms the homogeneous surface into a display of smoothness, roughness, and contemporary refinement, delicately presenting an inviting corridor of exquisite details. In the master bedroom, the wood flooring undergoes CNC laser engraving, sculpting noticeable wood grains that flow gracefully in all directions, infusing the space with a lively sense of natural movement.
素雅基調 精緻點綴
Understated Elegance: Adding Refined Embellishments
本案以空間為調色盤，於米白基底揉入灰、棕、黑、室外綠意等大地色彩，間或綴點少許金色，呈遞融匯平穩和高雅的調性，而餐桌與客廳茶几繁複的墨綠石紋，又為家宅增添鮮明大膽的獨特感受，相偕多處立面、櫃體經半拋、霧面及工藝編織處理的金屬材質，造就如入藝廊、所行之處皆藝景的至美居所。
Drawing inspiration from the palette of space, this design blends earthy tones such as gray, brown, black, and outdoor greenery into a pristine canvas of off-white. Accents of gold are sparingly applied, harmoniously resulting in a refined and elegant circumstance. The intricate emerald green marble patterns adorning the dining table and living room coffee table introduce a bold and distinctive touch to the home. Complemented by metallic elements treated with sophisticated techniques such as semi-polished, matte finish, and artisanal weaving on various surfaces and cabinets, the result is a residence akin to an art gallery, where every corner exudes aesthetic beauty.
巧勾細處 獨釀美韻
Delicate Details: Crafting Unique Charm
戶外遍布植栽的露、陽臺配合大面落地窗，使長型格局轉作方正寬敞之餘，也將室外綠景延伸入室，搭配餐廚交界處內嵌夾紗清玻的弧線金屬推拉門，讓用餐、烹調中的住者們恍若置身溫室花園中，盡享清新恬適的品饌、烹飪日常；一旁旋轉樓梯於上方設計塗刷石灰洗的圓弧天頂，表層細膩的羽毛圖形和珍珠光澤攜手錯落其間的光纖燈，共創一幅繪有屋主獅子星座及流星墜閃的浪漫夜空。
We adorned the exterior terrace and balcony with lush vegetation, coupled with expansive French windows, transforming the elongated layout into a spacious and square one, seamlessly integrating the greenery of the outdoors into the interior. Enhanced by the graceful arc-shaped metal flush doors with frosted glass panels at the dining-kitchen junction, residents feel as if they are dining and cooking in a tranquil greenhouse garden, indulging in refreshing and pleasant culinary experiences every day. Adjacent to this, the spiral staircase features a curved lime-washed ceiling adorned with delicate feather motifs and pearlescent sheen, accompanied by scattered fiber optic lights, collectively performing a romantic starry sky depicting the homeowner’s zodiac sign and shooting stars.

Tailored Design: Unveiling Individual Distinctiveness
思量屋主處事明快、堅韌柔軟並俱的現代女性特質，設計師於空間揮灑俐落不失優美的線條元素，結合色調奔放、跳脫純淨襯底的石材單品，展顯主人身為企業領導者廣納多元風貌的包容性；另設定頂層起居室為接待訪客的公區，不僅設有曲弧沙發、弧形吧台、平台鋼琴等豐富機能，更令位於異樓層的家人活動場所可常保寧靜環境，實現業主好客、同時又注重家庭成員生活的需求。
Considering the homeowner’s modern female characteristics of being decisive yet resilient and soft, the designer has infused the space with sleek yet elegant linear features. Vibrant tones, juxtaposed with bold stone accents, reflect the homeowner’s inclusive leadership style, embracing diverse perspectives. Moreover, the top-floor living area features curved sofas, a curved bar counter, a grand piano, and other amenities, ideally serving as an open public area for entertaining guests. This arrangement ensures that the family living areas on different floors remain tranquil, catering to the homeowner’s conviviality while meeting the needs of family members’ daily lives.
