Design Concept
天光傾瀉，疏麗光影流淌一室，靜坐於和諧對稱的雅居，思緒伴隨裊裊茶香溢散空中，又循浸了水的茶葉緩緩沉澱，細細品味甘醇香茗與輕覆周身的淡雅，徜徉在慢活的節奏，令往事墨跡轉淡，今日兒孫相伴，天倫笑語盈居。
Sunshine spills into the room; the light and shade compose a dramatic picture. While sitting in the symmetrically balanced abode, the residents’ thoughts fly along the tea fragrance in the air and settle down while the tealeaves sink into the pot. Following the downshifting lifestyle, they set a slow pace and turn their back on the past. The ambiance brims with laughter and pleasure with family around.
依循文藝復興時期的古典義式美學，我們將平衡對稱之法融入此案，令各場域相互呼應，形塑和諧圓滿的格局，並以電梯為中心，規劃環形動線，賦予年長者流暢無礙的路徑，另貼合業主的生活型態，特別設置一處泡茶區，厚實的黃金雞翅實木茶桌、精粹的縞瑪瑙中島相偕別緻的博古櫃，共組一派人文風雅，屋主同晚輩們於此烹茶品茗、談話家常，在茶煙氤氳中凝聚孺慕之情、盡享天倫，同時，思及使用者健康與環境永續，全案自建材、漆料乃至黏著劑皆採用生生不息的天然材質，且鋪設富含芬多精的玉檀香木地板，縈繞木香宛若浸沐自然、淨化身心，呈予居者一幢純淨優雅的精緻宅邸。
Adhered to Italian Renaissance aesthetics, we incorporate the symmetrical balance principle into this project. Consistency approaches integrate different areas and present a harmonious layout plan. Then, we set up the elevator as the center and planned a circulation pattern flow that gives unimpeded routes for the elderly residents. Moreover, furnish a unique tearoom with a solid Chicken-wing hardwood tea table, a stunning onyx countertop island, and an exquisite curio cabinet. The owners can enjoy fine tea and chat with the younger generation in the elegant space. Embraced by the tea fragrance and mist, the family bonds strengthen more and more. In the meantime, all of the materials as coating or adhesives in this project are natural and eco-friendly; they are helpful for the owner’s health and environmental sustainability. Besides, Vera wood parquet flooring with rich Phytoncide distributes the natural purifying essence. We created a nifty, refined residence for the owners.

盈光映石 銅線釀韻
Glamour of lighting and stone & Charm of copper trims
順應家宅充裕的天然採光，我們採用紋理輕淺、色澤淡雅的萊姆石作為全案牆面，敦厚堅實的石材與溫暖和煦的光暈，除了交織出一幢柔亮居室，更傳遞居者身為年長女性的堅毅與溫柔，另外，承續歐式建築對線條美學的追求，於全室立面離地38公分處鑲嵌銅質腰線，透過簡約線型豐盈空間層次。
Responding to adequate natural light, we selected bright-shaded limestone to finish the walls. The robust stone and balmy brightness compose a warm and clean living space. The elements feature the unswerving tenderness of an elderly female. Furthermore, we trimmed the walls of the entire home with embedded copper stripes 38 cm above the floor to follow the molding elements of European design. Sleek lines help to create various layers of the field.
安穩謐境 勻傾柔尖
Steady construction & balancing approaches
此案由SS鋼骨結構組成，對外在波動與聲音傳導反應較大，因此我們依據各場域需求，置入厚度各異的碳化軟木，其取自天然樹皮，兼具環境友善與良好的隔音、吸音之效，為業主創造一方靜謐的居住環境，此外，順應建築的斜牆結構，於客廳轉角處、窗邊，置入圓弧造型軟裝，弱化銳角、均衡空間，予人協調柔順的視覺感受。
This project is a steel structure building, and the building has a high susceptibility to vibrations. As a result, we installed various thicknesses of carbonized cork made from authentic tree bark. The advantages of the material are acoustic insulation and eco-friendly. In response to the diagonal wall structure, we set curved furnishings in the corners of the living room and the windowsills. The approaches soften the acute angles and provide a balanced and tender vibe.

Clear facade complements artistic aesthetics
回應業主對純粹生活的講究，我們設置大量暗櫃予以充裕的收納機能，並採用擬仿萊姆石色調、質感的天然礦物塗料將櫃門隱於牆面，奠定乾淨美觀的基底，襯托居者珍藏的掛畫與雕塑藝品般的燈具，映現深厚的人文涵養。
As the owners’ requirement for a simple life, we built plenty of concealed cabinets to provide storage functions. The limestone color and texture coating covered the cabinet doors assembled on the wall. It makes a neat and clear facade. The decorative lighting that looks like a sculpture sets off the owners’ artistic collections and reveals the high quality of humanistic cultivation.

Sophisticated elements & Purification of mind
「冥想」作為居者退休後的修課，我們為其規劃一間揉合現代建材與傳統風情的和室，內部立面採用仿蜥蜴皮紋路的象牙白壁布，細緻壓紋與雅緻純色散發內斂氣息，地坪鋪設由日本百年家業手工編織而成的黃金藺草，直橫交錯的天然綠植在時間的催化下逐漸轉為金黃，為空間增輝，而出入門扉保留日式拉門的精神，門片上的原木線條則改為金屬銅線，呼應全室元素，也為場域增添沉靜的古銅色光澤，使人沉浸於靜謐氛圍中。
Meditation is a primary practice of the owners after retirement. Therefore we planned a Washitsu that combined modern features with traditional charms. The facade applies faux lizard skin ivory wall covering. The sophisticated texture and pure color present an understating character. The Washitsu flooring is paved with Tatami mats made from woven rush grass and manufactured by a traditional Japanese artisan founded over a century. The interlaced greenish tinges faded into golden over time. And the sliding door preserves the Japanese style but adopts copper trims instead of wooden material. The brownish tones cohere with a concordance of diverse elements. In the tranquil atmosphere, minds settle down with the metallic glamour.
